Selling tickets through your box office has never been easier. All you need is a major credit card.

When you choose to buy a ticket(s) from Matteh Foundation, you'll click the corresponding PayPal button to begin the transaction process. A PayPal Payment Details page will open in a new browser window, displaying information about the transaction you are about to begin and prompting you to sign in to his existing PayPal account or create a new account. The account is free. No additional fees. This process is for security measures.

Once you have signed in to or created an account, you will see a more detailed payment page on which you can review details of the transaction and enter shipping and other information, if applicable.

To complete the transaction and submit payment to your PayPal email address, you'll click the Pay button at the bottom of the page. To cancel the transaction, you can select Cancel. You'll then see a page confirming either that his payment was successfully submitted or canceled, and continue to a confirmation page.

The transaction process complete, you can now close the new browser window and return to the original window to continue exploring Matteh Foundation.

Ticket sales are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another show date with prior approval. Remember to arrive promptly and on time for each show.

Will Call: Located at the main entrance of the auditorium and opens 1 hours prior to event and will remain open until 1 hour after each event starts. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, and photo I.D. to claim tickets

Accessible Seating: The auditorium is an accessible venue.

General Rules:

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: Coolers, backpacks, large bags, duffle bags, hard-sided containers WILL NOT BE PERMITTED in the auditorium. ALL small bags, including purses, diaper bags, & fanny bags SUBJECT TO INSPECTION before they will be permitted into the auditorium. Audio recorders, baby strollers, food, drinks, cans, bottles, weapons, fireworks, carriers, or containers of any kind. NO laser pens. Cameras or video cameras may not be permitted during certain events.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking IS NOT permitted in the building.
